Vandana graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as an Accounting major. Vandana obtained the CPA certificate in March 1992 after passing a rigorous 3-day written exam. Vandana has 10 years experience in the public accounting industry. Other industry knowledge includes:

• Internal Auditor for Hospital Corporation of America ( Columbia HCA)
• Corporate Accountant for Central Parking System, Inc.
• Accounting Manager for R & R Uniforms, Inc. (retail uniform industry)

Vandana is beginning her 8th year in business as a self-employed Certified Public Accountant in 2008.

David Faust graduated from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Logistics. David’s years of experience in inventory control, material management and transportation have helped the company grow to cater to clients in the distribution and retail environment. David is instrumental in the office and information systems for the company.

Cynthia joined the company in 2006 to assist with the growing number of monthy accounting clients. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax.

HISTORY

The company was founded in January 2000 as an accounting and tax practice for individuals and small businesses. The home-based business was developed to offer business owners who are small and new an opportunity to obtain affordable services of a Certified Public Accountant. The company has grown over the past few years and now services over 30 business clients and over 200 tax clients.

Through the improved technology available today, our company is able to service clients throughout Sumner and Robertson County.
