Monthly Accounting

A full-service bookkeeping option with payroll reporting, sales tax preparation, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.  The client provides the source documents such as bank statements, check register, and other source documents on a monthly basis to develop and maintain a general ledger and accounting system for your business.   Quickbooks consulting is also available with the monthly service.

Premium Service - start at $300.00 per month
  • Includes Payroll, Sales Tax and Monthly Financial Statements
  • 5 or more employees
Standard Service - start at $225.00 per month
  • Includes Sales Tax or Payroll (up to 4 employees) and Monthly
  • Financial Statements
Payroll Service - Start at $150.00 per month
  • Includes Payroll Only – 1 - 2 Employees

TAX SERVICES

Tax preparation services are provided for individuals as well as businesses including partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. Rates for returns are as follows and are subject to change. All rates include electronic filing with direct deposit:

1040-EZ $ 85.00 per return
1040-A $ 120.00 and up depending on additional forms required
1040 + Sch A only $ 150.00 and up depending on additional forms required
1040 + Sch C only $ 200.00 and up depending on additional forms required
1040 + Sch C Plus $ 250.00 and up depending on additional forms required
Business returns

Start at $ 300.00 per return (Federal and State Return)

Partnerships - Form 1065
Limited Liability Companies - Form 1065
Subchapter S Corporation - Form 1120S
Traditional Corporations - Form 1120

CONSULTING SERVICES

Tax Planning – Start at $ 175.00

Reviewed Financial Statements for Contractors Licenses $ 300.00 and up

Quickbooks Consulting – Set up and training Starts at $ 200.00
